Information
Orders are packed and
shipped as quickly as possible, normally within 1-3 business days. Fabric is wrapped in plastic to protect it during
shipping. Priority mail is used for all domestic orders. Please refer to the chart below.

Note: Shipping charges are estimates only. Actual shipping charges are
based on weight, zone and insurance value. A receipt will accompany the package showing actual shipping charges incurred, if the amount is
more than listed. If you would like a pattern shipped First Class
just put a note in the shipping comments section and we will mail your
package for less than $4.05. Your total cost will be adjusted before
being processed.
~Canada and
International orders~
All orders to Canada and International orders will be charged actual
shipping costs based on weight and destination. If you need to know the
shipping charges before your order is shipped please contact us
~Return Policy~
Items other than cut yardage and copyrighted materials (i.e., books and
patterns) may be returned within 30 days providing they are in saleable
condition. Customer pays for returning shipping and credit will be
issued for returned item only. If you discover packing errors or damaged
merchandise, please notify us right away. We will advice you how to
return these items for credit or replacement.
~Privacy~
Serendipity Quilt Company promises to protect your privacy. We will not
sell our mailing lists or share your personal information.
~Block of the Month and Fabric Club Customers ~
We will immediately ship your first block or fabric kit at the time you
place your subscription. Subsequent packets are mailed out during the
last week of every month. Your credit card is automatically billed at
that time and you do not need to reorder these items. You may start or
stop a Block of the Month or Fabric Club at any time. If you discover
packing errors or damaged merchandise, please notify us right away. We
will advice you how to return these items for credit or replacement.
